LuxuryCorner.com will gladly pay for FREE FEDEX Ground shipping for every item purchased over $150, including luxury watches. All overnight shippments are sent via FedEx Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by FedEx. Luxurycorner.com free shipping is valid for destinations in the continental United States. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require Second Day or Next Day Air service.

Delivery time via FEDEX Ground can range from (1) to (6) business days. You may view the map for transit time estimation.

Every item shipped out of our warehouse is shipped fully insured using FEDEX. You will receive a FEDEX tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

Order Tracking:
FEDEX Tracking numbers will be sent via email when an items ships out of our warehouse.You may also call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and submit your tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.FEDEX.com.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • FEDEX does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Submission of a shipping address to a PO Box or APO address may delay your order
  • Air and ground shipments are business days only and not weekends or holidays. Weekend delivery days are valid for Next Day Air Saturday delivery only. If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order.
  • Oversize items: Please note that Luxurycorner.com does not provide a shipping charge for oversized items, or any of the premium services issued by United Parcel Service. We will contact you via email or phone notifying you of any extra shipping charges prior to shipping. In the event of extra charges by FEDEX we will charge your credit card accordingly.
  • Shipments outside of the United States will be subjected to extra shipping charges. For shipments outside of the continental United States, please view our International Orders section.
  • Luxurycorner.com ships Monday through Friday only.

Delivery of Order:
Orders shipped out via FEDEX do not officially require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local FEDEX driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the FEDEX driver to make alternative arrangements.

Shipping Problems:
If an item or retired Lladro is received damaged or not received at all, or the wrong item FEDEX must conduct an investigation. Please contact LuxuryCorner.com to initiate a package investigation within 5 business days of receipt of the package. DO NOT discard the original shipping carton, as the carrier may want to inspect it.

Claims usually take about two weeks to process. If FEDEX claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your order, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Luxurycorner.com and a replacement item will be shipped out. If that item is no longer available, and a similar watch is not wanted, Luxurycorner.com will refund your payment.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order, please contact Luxurycorner.com as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems.

Item Problems:
If your Swarovski crystal or other item received is not what was ordered, please contact LuxuryCorner.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified by LuxuryCorner.com after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.

Sales Tax:
Luxurycorner.com is located in New York State, every order shipped domestically within New York State are subjected to 8.375% sales tax. Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State taxes laws.

Return/Exchange Policy:
There is a 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Refunds will be made for the items returned within 30 days from Invoice date. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the 15% Restocking fee. Returns must be sent prepaid, insured for the full price with signature delivery confirmation by a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or FedEx to:

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.

If product shipped in error or found to be defective in workmanship or materials, upon receipt product will be replaced. In such case you must inform us the situation within 48 hrs of delivery by email or fax.

If the product you're returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund

To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following:
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at info@luxurycorner.com, providing the reason for return. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. Return items must be delivered to our return processing location within 15 days of issue of RMA number. We are sorry, we cannot accept COD packages.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies contained in this web site. The information, prices, Mont Blanc discounts and other offers presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed.

Luxurycorner.com will accept payments for purchases in the form of credit card, wire transfer, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check. Luxurycorner.com highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card. You may browse the following payment methods below for details:

Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Authorizations freeze up the dollar amount from your account, in order to ensure that these funds are available when Luxurycorner.com charges after the order ships.

Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Luxurycorner.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Luxurycorner.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order. Luxurycorner.com cannot process orders with a credit card billing address outside of the United States (you may view our International Order section for details).

Note to Fraudulent orders:
We take online fraud seriously! If a bogus order is submitted, Luxurycorner.com will notify the cardholder, the credit card company, and cooperate with Federal authorities to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen credit cards to purchase products. All fraudulent orders will be turned over immediately to the FBI, and local police in your immediate area, and we will cooperate with them in all attempts to prosecute offenders.

What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order? If you receive a "declined" error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. Luxurycorner.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank’s online authorization program. There are numerous reasons explaining a "declined" message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order your watch online again and proceed to checkout.

Checks: (orders must be over $500)
Payment via money order, cashier’s check, or certified bank check cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. Please call 800-980-6353 to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number over the phone or email. Please include your order number on the "memo" section of your check. You may mail your check to Luxurycorner.com with the following enclosed:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Your Name, Shipping Address, Email, Contact Number, and Model Number
  3. Your Signed Check with your order number in the "memo" section

Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped if stock is still available. If inventory is no longer available, your payment will be returned. After a payment is received, it usually takes one to two weeks to ship out your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

Luxurycorner.com does not recommend payment with checks. Why? Purchases made by check payment can take weeks to process, when compared to the instantaneous payment submission for a domestic wire transfer or credit card. By the time that the check clears, on our hand inventory for your order may be outdated and stock cannot be guaranteed. If a credit card is not available Luxurycorner.com recommends using a wire transfer for payment.

Wire Transfer (orders must be over $500 )
Luxurycorner.com accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Payment using a wire transfer cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. Luxurycorner.com usually receives domestic wire transfers the same business day; international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. Please contact Luxurycorner.com after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will ship and you will be emailed a FedEx tracking number.
